- Hi! My name is Idunn, and I am Rosie's successor Psychiatric Service Dog for my partner Leanne. Rosie was Leanne's first service dog and will never be forgotten for her love and service. She taught Leanne to love life and not be afraid of it. With Rosie's miraculous love Leanne can continue to love life at even a higher level with me, Idunn by her side. Assistance for Body, Mind and Soul is a group of dedicated Assistance Dog users who wish to relate their experience and provide information to help others. The group works in partnership with West Coast Assistance Teams Society. West Coast is a registered charity that provides BC government certified assistance dogs for people with physical and psychiatric disabilities.
love the pics, so glad you have Rosie! She makes me smile. My brother ' ' ' inhereted ' (if you can believe that) a dog that looks so much like Rosie, when he bought his current house. They live out in the country and this poor thing is outside 24/7 all year round. (And he's terrified of thunder storms) I feel so bad for him. He's treated well, and has ability to roam free to his heart's content but still.... My family and I obv. think very differently when it comes to animals. They think I'm nuts that we let our dogs sleep in our bed. Anyways the point I'm trying to make is Rosie doesn't know how lucky she is to find a good owner like you!!! Hugz Rosie and Leanne!
