Welcome

Rosie welcomes you to her first attempt at blogging!
Please pardon any mistakes as my paws are still getting familiar to the keyboard!

I am a certified Psychiatric Service Dog. Here I am pictured with my wonderful mom and partner, Leanne.

I have been with her for a little over a year and have helped her be able to leave the house, ride the buses & skytrain, shop, and most important be out with her son enjoying activities she was not previously able to.

I am so happy to be a Service Dog where I can help someone regain their freedom and independence. It's also pretty cool to be with my partner all the time and enjoying all the adventures!

  4. I witnessed you Leanne before Rosie...What a huge difference in your lives she has made.I remember days would go by and you wouldn't leave your house. I remember days where you were not sure if you had taken you medicines or not.I remember when you wouldn't come out to social events because you were too nervous and challenged by it. Then Rosie came and you and Donny have been so much healthier and happier...so much love and assistance and security for you both wrapped up in a lovely helper dog named ROSIE..I am so glad you were accepted into this West Coast Assistance program..and hope many others who could really benefit from a helpful animal will be allowed to join your program.I will keep watching your blog..and hoping for more similar people's blogs to join yours..Kath

  5. Rosie is such a good companion for Leanne and it is such a good cause to help out! I am so glad you have Rosie in your life lun, so that you can do things that you felt you couldn't do before. She helps you out and Rosie being with you must make you feel great to be alive, and be with Rosie as a companion to love as service dog and a great pet to have. I know you and Donny definately benefit from Rosie, because she is an angel herself. As you and Donny have great hearts to love and been through so many obstacles as I can relate to some from the Koomseh days where you are. It is tough, and you had gotten through it and you are learning everyday in life. Lots of Love and Light to you and Donny and Rosie.
